Shipping FAQ

How much will it cost?

For orders under $149, shipping is calculated as follows:
- Accessories/Small Components Only (i.e. no track or hanging rods) - Flat rate of $7.50
- Track/Hanging Rods - Flat rate of $15.00
- Track/hanging Rods & Accessories/Small Components - Flat rate of $15.00
For orders over $149, shipping is FREE.
Express shipping is available upon request (contact us at quadroframes@gmail.com) and will be billed at the applicable published Fedex rate for an originating zip of 01605.

Orders generally ship within 48 hours. For time sensitive orders, contact us at quadroframes@gmail.com.
Carrier method is at our discretion. That being said, generally we ship as follows:
- Accessories/Small Components Only - Priority Mail (estimated arrival is 2 business days AFTER ship date).
- Track/Hanging Rods Only - Fedex Ground (estimated arrival is 1-5 business days AFTER ship date)
- Track/Hanging Rods & Accessories/Small Components- Fedex Ground (estimated arrival is 1-5 days AFTER ship date)

All orders are shipped from our facility located in Worcester, MA, USA (Zip Code 01605).
Shipment Tracking information is automatically delivered to the email address provided with your customer account.
